Are the power station certified?
Yes. The power station is UL2743, DOE, FCC, and CEC certified.
Certificates can be provided upon request.
Does this come with solar panel?
No. The solar panel is sold separately. Compatible with most major portable solar panels.
How long does it take to charge?
Depending on the power source the ARROWHEAD OUTDOOR 296Wh Portable Power Station can charge in a little as 2.5 hours through a combination of a wall charger and the AC adapter being connected simultaneously. A full charge from a solar panel generally takes 5-6 hours depending on weather and the ambient conditions. Please see our detailed technical specs for more detailed information.
What can you power?
Almost anything can be connected as long as it’s powered by USB-A, USB-C, AC wall plug or a 12V DC car outlet. The only limitation would be the power draw of a device connected through the AC outlets. These outlets can accommodate devices that draw up to 300W continuously with a momentary peak draw of 600W. Please note the USB-C PD output maxes out at 60W. If you have a notebook/laptop that requires a 100W USB-C power source, we recommend using the AC adapter included with your notebook.
Does this power station work with 220V devices?
This power station is designed for use with AC devices compatible with North American 120V 60Hz electrical devices. It may function with 240/220V devices but may require an adapter but we cannot guarantee compatibility.
